Oak Hills is a community in the Victor Valley area of the Mojave Desert in San Bernardino County, California. It sits north of the Cajon Summit and near the towns of Hesperia and Phelan. The area is about 24.5 square miles of land and has an elevation of 3,799 feet. In the 2020 census Oak Hills had a population of 9,450.
The community is served by two school districts, Hesperia Unified School District and Snowline Joint Unified School District. Oak Hills High School is located in the area. Most people in Oak Hills live in households. The population is mostly White, with many residents also identifying as Hispanic or Latino. There were 2,941 households, and many families include children under 18. The average household size is a little over three people. Oak Hills first appeared as a census designated place in 2010.
